Nineteen years ago Jeanie decided to become involved in the pre-foreclosure industry. Her extensive real estate training and knowledge of buying and selling homes, made this the perfect fit! She continually adds to her knowledge by taking classes. During the first year in the pre-foreclosure industry, she purchased nine homes! Jeanie has recently decided that the time was right to start giving back, and that the best way to do this was through seminars, teaching, educating and helping people.

Jeanie recognized early that many of these seminars were not only hurting trustors, but that their main purpose was to line their own pockets. She wanted to create a win-win scenario for both the trustor and the buyer. Additionally, she saw that the people who were already doing foreclosures did not have the necessary knowledge, let alone the integrity to be out in the field. Many were only in and out for the quick buck. Hence, Foreclosure Education Group was born.
